OXO-Unlimited was created in 2005 by Göran Sandström. The word is primarily a visual representation of two turntables and a mixer but also in a way the logo is supposed to remind of the infinity sign.

OXO is also the way swedish people shorten the word “också” (also) when writing text-messages or chatting. The goal of label/collective has always been to release the highest-quality swedish (and some international) breakcore, IDM, drum n’ bass, dubstep and electronica and to create a network for artists to share ideas, experiences, techniques, patches, samples, etc.

It is a non-profit record label where all artists act as subcontractors. Artist always get 100% of the profit from their releases. The profit of the joint releases go into paying for the website and other administrative costs, promoting the artists and so on
